G-Unit Leader 50 cent was involved in a bad car accident lastnight as his bullet-proof SUV was rear-ended by a mack truck in new york city .
He was put on a stretcher and taken to the nearest Queens hospital where they are currently running test on his neck and back.His driver is also currently in the hospital as the SUV almost flipped over.
